Highly sophisticated cyber-attacks are increasing at an alarming pace worldwide, and some industries like the mining and minerals industry are exposed to higher risks than others.
Because of the nature of the mining industry, for instance, a cyber-attack could easily result in the loss of life.
We at RMIT Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CCSRI) have partnered with The Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) in this study to support the adoption of three ISO (International Organization for Standardization). And we need the help of executives and IT professionals to please help us with this critical study.
The survey only takes a few minutes to fill out and would make a huge difference in helping to identify barriers to implementation, enablers regarding use, and maintenance of these standards.
Knowing this information may help us to make the mining industry more secure and could even save lives.
