What kind of ore is this? My best guess is that we're looking at something ultramafic, judging by the low silica content. Maybe a leaching process is what you're looking for - but don't take my word for it. I'm not a metallurgist or geologist and am thereby not qualified to answer. You need to test your ore properly and you should want to know what the physical characteristics and minerals are (not simply elements) and what their intergrowth is. This will give you information you can rely on to devise a process that works and is cost-effective.

It is more like iron ore but with traces of Iridium which we are interested in.
Please, do you know how best we can identify the intergrowth and minerals present?
Also, we used SEM/EDS but can you suggest any other testing procedures we can carry out?
