As we seek accelerated development of critical minerals projects and advanced downstream processing, the global investment, regulatory, and societal expectations of mining companies and their workforces are evolving at a rapid pace. The need to simultaneously increase the pipeline of students moving into STEM careers, evolve tertiary curriculums to suit current and future needs, upskill new professionals faster than ever before, and cross-skill technical workforces between disciplines and commodities, is unprecedented.
