Listening this very informative session in 2026, seems like you have recorded it for today's ongoing gold rush in Gilgit Baltistan (Pakistan)

No doubt afghanistan has suitable geological environment for all types of gold deposits (alluvial;,fluvial,lode etc)

The Impatience mentality of investor you discussed is very much intresting to know and thats exactly how the project fails.
