How does a typical underground tunnel blast look like after initiation?

The video shows what happens during blasting of an underground tunnel. In this example, it is interesting to see how the timing of the blast started in the center of the tunnel where the initial void is created (known as the cut), and it expands outwardly around the perimeter of the tunnels and finally to the bottom holes of the tunnel known as the lifters holes.

Without seeing the fragmentation of the blast, do you think this is a successful blast?
