1- Mining Investment Opportunity in Brazil

A Brazilian company owns the rights for the extraction and commercialization of a graphite mining reserve in the Brazilian state of Bahia. The mineral reserve’s size, chemical and physical characteristics have been mapped out in accordance with international standards and using best practices (SGS and Geosol and others). Follows a description of the mineralogical characteristics of the reserve and the business opportunity:.


2- Characteristics

 High quality graphite with an average carbon content of 15%, with highest concentrations reaching 28%;
 Trace levels of contaminating impurities (manganese, phosphor, boron under detectable limits);
 Medium size flakes with crystals of 4 mm;
 Cobalt, copper and lithium in concentrations of 40 ppm;
 Total contaminants under 1000 ppm;
 Proven reserves of 500,000 tons;
 Estimated reserves of 7 million tons;
 Environmental license valid until 2021;
 Exploitation plan submitted to ministry;
 No financial, tax or other liabilities;
 Potential copper reserves in the concession área;
 Lifetime cashflow anticipated of 1 billion USD;
 The asset is offered either through the sale of the company or of the underlying reserves;
 Price requested is 20 million USD.
