The Bofal-Louboiria Phosphate mine project. is located in Mauritanian territory, 390 km south-east of Nouakchott, about 23 km north-east of the town of Bababé. In agreement with the Mauritanian government, the MSP company is looking for partners to finance the exploitation of the Bofal Loubboïa phosphate mines. An operating permit is granted over an area of 995 km2 located 390 km south-east of Nouakchott. According to the United States Geology Yearbook, resources are estimated at least 100 tones, of which 70 tones assessed at 21% P2O5 at the Bofal deposit and 29 MT are classified at 19% P2O5 at the Loubboïra deposit., An ore processing plant, a tailings site, a waste rock haul, a workers' camp as well as ancillary facilities and related infrastructure.
